Affiliate Membership Fees:

Annual Affiliate Membership Dues
Affiliate Membership Dues: $500
All Affiliate Members must first pay their annual membership dues.

Annual Meeting Fee
Annual Meeting Fee: $630 per person
Includes attendance at all monthly meetings from September through June, excluding December.
If multiple representatives from your company will attend, please select the appropriate quantity below.
Payment Instructions

Select the number of attendees participating in the Annual Meeting Fee ($630 per person).
Purchase Orders
To pay by Purchase Order, select your items and choose "Pay by Check" at checkout. An invoice will be emailed to you for processing.Please note: only members of the site will receive invoice
If attending single meetings, payment may be made upon entry to the venue at the registration desk.
